• Initial meeting to hand over the details of design and vendors, and to get to know each other

• Create detailed timelines and floorplans for suppliers and wedding party
• Contact suppliers and vendors in advance to organise set up
• Set up of table décor and assist other suppliers on the day
• Supervision at ceremony and reception sites
• Fix any problems that may occur on the day
• Regular contact with the couple to address concerns or queries
